Need legal advice for domestic violence

My husband & in-laws harassed me in every way, made allegations on me for being characterless, harassed me verbally, financially, mentally, beaten me. From last one & half year, I'm with my parents and my in-laws didn't come for me or my daughter. I have tried to file a case for domestic violence but police isn't filling FIR. Then I filed my case women cell & they too aren't registering FIR. My in-laws have bribed the cops and now the cops are harassing me. I don't know what do now. My in-laws threatened me that they won't let me have divorce.
you should file the domestic violence complaint before the court. besides this you should also file the petition for maintenance for yourself and your kid in the court. if cops are harassing you, you can compliant about that before the higher authorities.
