Need information regarding divorce and child custody

I wanted divorce from my husband as he has not being fulfilling any of his responsibility as a husband or father. And also he and his parents have tortured me mentally right since we got engaged. We have one child of 3 yrs and am pregnant with second one. I wanted to know who would get the child custody? And how long would it take if a file a divorce case. Also I am scared of my child's and my safety from my husband and his family. What can I do? Please suggest me.
First of all think twice before divorce
If u want to marry again then go for divorce if not go for separation.seeking injunction that he should not enter ur residence.
Custody of child remain till he attain particular age with mother.if does not marry

you can file Domestic Violence against them. also you can file divorce. if he will ask for the child access then you can ask for maintenance. need to know how many years completed to your marriage?

If there is any chance for saving your marriage life then you can file a conjugal rights petition so that you both will get mediation of court else you can go for divorce petition Where you will get divorce and maintenance from your husband and child custody for your both child will be with you.
