Need info on maintenance case filed by my wife

My wife left me after few months of my marriage and then filed sec9 on me after one year she left. At same time I filed sec13. Counseling failed. She about to file MC, working women. I have no property but my parents had properties, we are building house with my loan. How can I counter to MC file?

you file the counter to explain all the expenses your work, salary details and loan details , any medical issues, monthly your family expenses all the contents include your counter and filed do not added your property details
