Need info on 498a case filed by wife

My wife filed sec9 and I filed sec13 1ia 2years ago. Court counseling failed. No kids. Court counseling failed. Now She filed 498a case on me after 2 years. SI police about to file FIR including all my family members. Please provide information to avoid case on me. Is there request to file FIR only on my name not all my family members?
Complaint will be filed by the Complainant in the Police Station or online. We cannot insist to file a complaint only in one person's name. However if it is completely frivolous and malafide we can quash the same.
