Hi, I have received Ex-Parte Divorce Decree from Court. Could you please suggest how i can obtain Divorce Certificate?

aapane bataya hai ki aapko Talaq ki X party Aadesh prapt Hua Hai Yadi nyayalay ne Talaq ke mukadme mein kisi pakshkaar ke favor mein ex party talaq Diya Hai to aap use challenge kar sakti hain Kanoon mein pravdhan hai ki aap ek paksha nirnay ko nirast kara sakti hain iske liye aapko sarvpratham use Aadesh ki pramanit pratilipi leni hai tatha nyayalay Mein Aadesh 9 Niyam 13 CPC ke tahat ex party judgement ko sad aside Karana hai
