Dear sir/ madam.
In 2019 my husband files for a divorce after 16 yrs of marriage but never attended any of the hearings for 5 yrs after which the case got dismissed. Now we know nothing about his whereabouts in the last 6 yrs . I would like to know how i can get a divorce in order for me to move on
then yourself you can file fresh application to court ethir you can file the mutual divorce both understanding petition in court your can discuss with him better immediately don't waste your time then we can file
