Need help for divorce related and false dowry alligations against me

my wife as filed divorce case and asking for the maintenance,we dint register marriage since it was love marriage, now her parents are found alliance in her caste, i dont want to give divorce and love my 4year daughter most, we both was living past 3years independently later her family asked us to vacate that house and asked us to stay together that endend my happy life lisening to my inlaw she chased me out, past 4months not showing my daughter, if i go to visit my daughter she refuses to show me and complaints police, my request is can get a government lawyer as im running short of money and need help in this phase all my savings are taken buy her sister and brother in law not picking my call pls help me how can i go head

okay I understand your questions your marriage not registared at the time of marriage it is not an issue only your marriage solemnised. that only important now if you want your wife and child you haveo file a case at family court RCR case and if you want to visit your child will file a custody of child case so if you want I will do it thank you for asking questions

no you can't get public prosecutor to run the case if you don't want to give divorce you can file conjugal rights case against your wife and child custody case so that court will provide child custody to you or visiting rights
