Need guidance how to file a divorce and what is the criteria

My husband is extremely irresponsible self centered egoistic and ignorant when it comes to family. He only wants to do what he likes nHis Priorities are only his needs whether its social or financial,In case of emergency situation too he doesn't hesitate to leave for work he doesnt really care,For all he wanted was to show the world hes married a wife to take of all chores no financial help

First of all. have conversation with your parents regarding this issue .. Let them speak. to your husband .. and if then he denies with everything and If you dont want A relation with your husband File a Divorce petition in court asking for. divorce from him as well as file a maintenance petition seeking maintenance from. him monthly or one time

Well, in such a case, either you can seek Judicial Separation from him and parallely apply for a Divorce or you can seek Divorce and parallely can claim Maintenance and Alimony from Court along with Litigation Cost.

You have to approach to the family court for divorce, you need to submit petition which States entire allegations against husband, after filling court sends him notice and after considering the evidence divorce will be granted.
