Need divorce from my wife but she is asking 6.5 lac which her parents

I m married at 2017 i hv 2 daughters i m earning 10k per month i had loss in my taxi business i hv invested my in laws money for that business now der is no mutual undertsandbetween me n my wife i feel more restless we need to get divorced i m fed up of my life my mom is tortured by her so i need divorce but dey r saying me to give 6 5 lacs back den we take my daughter back as i m not finacially dat much settled i just get 10k in month which my mom runs the family in dat n clear my loans in dat monthly so help me what to do how to get divorce from her

in this situation you can file connteseted divorce petition in family court this is process we can settle in by way of mediation session in counduting in family court this is process then we can negotiate

hi sir. if she is also ready for divorce then you can go a head by filing mutual consent divorce or if she is not ready for divorce then you will have to filing contesting case of divorce petition, maintenance is paid or not, its left to your both decisions, kindly contact me for filing divorce petition and also for any legal assistance . thanks
