Need Divorce due to regular quarrels and unnecessary blaming

I m 36 yr old & 8 yr married Hindu Bengali guy & having 4.5 yr son from this marriage.my job is transferable as per my project requirement.asked my wife to stay with my mother at my native place for stable study of our son.she denied & wants to stay with me at my work place irrespective of location & time period.we don't have any relationship since last 3 yrs.i tried my best to resolve our issues but everytime she is coming with quarrel.recently she moved to her parents house with our son

you need a good a lawyer with whom u will discuss and send her a legal notice so that your stance is protected and before any case comes up you can be well protected by and your safety is very very important moreover you need a good lawyer to handle it all
