Need Divorce because they’ve hid her health issues.

I have got married 4 years ago. My wife’s having Asthma, Endometriosis and Takayasu Arteries (Not Curable) diseases. She can’t bear a child. We have tried IVF also but not possible. Now I am unable to travel with her due to her health issues. I want to marry another. Can I marry another with her permission??

hi if she is ready to give divorce then you could file for mutial divorce which would be easy and otherwise you could file for divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty and on hiding her medical diseases
