Need Divorce and child custody and Wants to press DV and Harassment

Married for 11 years has 9 year old kid, husband not ready for divorce. I need divorce and child custody and plan to move abroad without any travel restriction on Kid since he might file for visitation rights. Don't need anything from him, Just want him out of our lives. -File for divorce, Child custody, DV 498A, Section 26 Order cases ? Can I give GPA for someone to file all these and move abroad ? Since his goal will be to stop kid from traveling out of India Please advise....

hi you could file for divorce and also for child custody in competent court on tje ground of harassement and threat amd for safety purposes and you could file those cases while giving GPA to any of your family members
