Need direction_u/s IPC 406 CASE

The in-law's family filed a fake case u/s 406 IPC on my sister in the year 2023.
My sister filed a FIR on in-law's family . she has having one baby boy of 3 years old
we had filed case u/s 125, and 498 A in Ghaziabad district and session court in the year 2021. We are not getting justice there & they are delaying cases by not submitting the required proof & disobeying the judge's order, his advocate are absent on every dates of arguments
Please guide me to protect my sister from 406 ipc
Dear Client, In that, you should file 482 Application before High Court herein Court will quash that case, whatever is filed by inlawas under section 406 IPC so approach High Court its a matter if Counter Blast.
