Need Children cu story from father with child expenses

My Husband and I, living separately. Since 8 years from the initial stage of marriage, we both are not set. We have 2 girl child aged as 7 & 3 years. I want my kids. But he is not giving to me. He should give my child and take care of study and maintaining expenses for my kids
