Need assistance to approach Dharwad high court for child visit

Dear Sir, I have filed child visitation case on dated 06-04-21 in family court & intrime order is passed to meet my son on every first & third Saturday in court premises. son age is 4 years, I wanted to get this case time limit from high court & close at the earliest, my wife is intentionally delaying the court case & currently is at cross examination stage of my wife. other cases- 1. My wife my filed maintenance case in same time & it is at cross final examination stage of my wife.

Dear Sir, You can smartly file a case before Honorable High Court for early disposal of child custody case and other cases as you may think fit. Thereafter the concerned Lower Courts are bound to dispose the pending cases within the time limit fixed by the High Court.
