Divorce can be filed on the basis of various grounds specified under Laws in India. depends upon under which provision you want to see divorce whether you are governed by Hindu Marriage Act or the Parsi Marriage Act aur the Indian divorce act or your practicing Muslim . the minimum fees for filing of the application for divorce is 25000 other charges will be notified to you once you contact

Normal fee we charge for filing a divorce petition is Rs 25 K however we will charge Rs1500 for appearance on each ordinary dates and Rs 3000 for the dates of effective hearing If the petition goes smoothly it will require atleast 2 years
