all three are of independent reliefs though they're from a common issue. Isee without going through or knowing your case contents how can an advocate give opinion. husband files for divorce and vice-versa wife files sec.9 case and dvc. part of legal process. Some might file and some may not. so I suggest you to approach an advocate take proper legal advice.
