Sir/madam , Mera naam VIKRANT TYAGI hai Meri marriage 06/11/2011 ko Hui thi aur Mera ek beta bhi hai jiski age 8 years hai suddenly mujhe pata Chala Meri wife ka affair hai bahar to Maine usse pucha is baare mein to usne kuch sahi se nahi bataya jab Maine usse baar baar pucha to usne mujh pe dawab banane ke liye harpik pee liya jiske baad humne use hospital mein dikhaya aur wo theek Hoke apne Ghar chali gayi uske baad se hi Maine usse baat clear karne ke liye Kai baar bola to wo Ulta hi mujhe case karne ki dhamki de rahi hai aur uske gharwale bhi uska saath de rahe Hain. Unki baaton se lagta hai ki wo divorce chahte Hain aur mujhse paise ki demand bhi Kar sakte Hain. To kripya mujhe bataiye ki agar main divorce leta hu to uss condition me Kya hoga ,aur Kya mujhe unhe divorce k badle paise dene honge. Kyunki main bhi is relationship me ab nahi rehna chahta to ab mujhe Kya karna chahiye. Kindly please advise me on my contact number. 9871202868
Jo situation aapne yahan batai hai us condition me agar aap divorce file karte hain to aapko kuch maintenance ke taur pe jab tak case chalega tab tak dena hoga aur agar aap proove kar dete hain ki unka affair hai to aapko us ground pe divorce mil jaega aur koi paisa nahi dena padega aapko.
