Need advice to get divorce from wife bcoz of her demands and behavior

The wife had left the house accusing husband nd family members for a small fight nd made a character assassination on husband by making a query in the office, behaving rudely with child nd mother in law nd husband, gossiping over the phone, wants to live separately nd independently

then you can file restitution of conjugal petition better then court will issue notice to against her better defend the case and don't wait first you can file r c r petition court will issue notice to her

Dear Sir, Getting Divorce by husband's is very difficult in India except on the grounds of adultery etc. Anyway you can try divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion. You may claim child custody as your wife torturing the child. She may file multiple cases and you must get ready to face the same.
