Need advice on second marriage

Am 37m. I have been separated from my wife since 2013 n filed divorce in 2014 in family court. I got divorce in 2018. After 130 days, they went for appeal in high court and the case is still pending. Is there any possibility in law that i can do second marriage.

At the moment there is no possibility for you to go for second marriage. If the respondent has preferred an appeal then your divorce order is suspended and inactive. Try to get along with the appeal for speedy disposal.
