Need advice on how to help my maid who is facing domestic violence

This is for my maid, who is illiterate and is going through a lot. Her alcoholic abusive husband hits her almost every day and takes away whatever she earns as well. I'm not sure if she wants an out or he just needs some councelling but this woman is going through a lot. Kindly respond.
She can file Domestic Violence Case and 498A case against her husband. First she has to file police complaint with nearest police station. There is one cell under commissioner office called Mahila Suraksha Department under which such cases are handled and counseling is also done. on failure they register an offence against husband.

Well, your Maid can lodge a Case of Domestic Violence against her Husband. She can lodge a Criminal Case of Sec 498A of IPC against her Husband by lodging FIR in Police Station. She can seek Divorce. She can file for a Maintenance Petition while living in Judicial Seperation rather than seeking Divorce.

firstly talk to husband regarding police complaint on this issues. if husband taking granted. then pls visit police station and do complaint regarding this . police not register any FIR urgently .firstly police call him and police talk about this and warn him then husband promise to police. he has not doing any act after this . then police release him .
