Need advice on filling Divorce

Hello, I need advice on filling divorce with my wife on ground of compatibility issues. We are married for more than 10 years and have a son together. Due to compatibility issues with my wife and other issues which can be discussed on phone I want to file divorce application in court so need advice on the matter.

Dear queriest, if you want to file divorce then you can go ahead with the decision, if there is no compatibility in between both of you then you can file mutual consent divorce. If you want to discuss litigation process in detail then kindly contact me for the same.

firts thing your wife is also redy and willing to take divorce from you and have you both disaided or discussed about the costody of child if this both things are discussed then go for mutule divorce. in that proceding your divorce will happen after 6 month. if your wife is not redy then you must go for contesting divorce you must file divorce pitition and in that she will ask for mentanance.

Due to compatibility issue if both of you agree, you may file for mutual consent divorce in the concerned court. All the terms and conditions of Divorce like child custody , child access, monthly maintenance, alimony etc can be the part of consent terms.
