NEED ADVICE on filing divorce , please guide............

we live in same house but no physical or emotional support to each other from past 7 years ..its been 10 yrs to marriage ..it all started when he wanted me to share my earnings and i dint agree fro the same... on wat basis i shd be filing divorce

if he is not re Reddy them you can send notice by court you can file contesting divorce petition in n court after you can imidatatly contesting divorce petition you can file in family court afte court noice

You can file for divorce though you are living in the same house. The ground aur grounds will have to be made out on the basis of the background and details of your case. does he not agri far mutual ? do you have children ?
