Need advice about my current case

I undergone lots of domestic violence in my 1year of marriage life. I reg 2police complaint and deprated from my husband for 1 year.current he filed a fake case against me. I have proof for his violence.but currently im a single mother took care of my 1year child .so i could not atten the case (case in other distric)because of my financial and family condition.kindly guide me to solve this issue and file divorce.
You can file a case against domestic violence directly in the Court and you can claim several reliefs in the same. Divorce case is a separate action. You did not mention the type of the case that was filed by your husband. Depending on the type of case you can get it transferred to a court in your locality.
