what is the meaning of : Nature of Disposal: Contested--Decided in the ecourt site. My lawyer is still saying there will be more trial. Is the data in website always right? Court order is not showing in the website

In district courts within west bengal it is very rare that orders are found on website of the courts, whether there will be more trials will be evident from court records.

Contested means itself its a long drawn procedure.

Need entire details to guide better.

What was the last date for? It is very important to know what for the last date was? Without having this information cannot answer properly. Was it for petition hearing/evidence/argument . . Data on website is right if updated properly.
