My wife's family doesn't allow me to see my daughter (2yrs old)

16-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir, my wife served me notice 7months back. My wife's family doesn't allow me to meet my daughter. I'm contesting divorce. I'm a teetotaler. I haven't assaulted her too. They say ''get court order if u want to see baby''. I saw her last 5 months back. They clearly alienate my from baby. Do they have right to restrict my access? Can I lodge complaint against them in police station?

Nothing is going to work except court order. For this you need to file petition for custody of your daughter for visitation. No court will deny visitation rights to a father unless the father is a threat to child's life. File the custody petition as a separate case.

In this case, I would like to know who filed the divorce case and further file a petition for child visitation rights same where you people contesting the divorce case. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
