My wife went to her parents house on July 2021 and never returned back

We got married in 2020 nov, she is a big lier..after 3 months when I got her aadhar card to get covid vaccine I got to know she is elder than me which they cheated me not telling that before marriage ,when I ask her about that she said I don't want this marriage and went to her parents house...after that I send a legal notice to her that I'm fed up vth her behavior and she replied to notice that me and my parents&siblings are harassed her for dowry and they said the dob before marriage all the false allegations on me & my relatives, but she mention in the notice that she want to live vth me otherwise she filled all cases on me...Now what is the step I need to take,I don't want this lier to be in my life,I want divorce. Do I take this (divorce)step immediately or can I take time?If I didn't respond to their allegations on the reply notice will it taken as I accepted the allegations?Thank you in Advance.

hi you could file divorce if you dont want to stay with her then you could file petition in court but need to see the contents of notice which you had sent earler and she might file cases of harassement against you if you file for divorce

whether you both blessed with any child? What ever the contents/allegations mentioned in her reply notice doesn't mean lies. they were cooked for their defence only and denie your notice contents. no one admits in writing as notice contents. being elder than you in age is not a valid ground for divorce. If you are not interested in her, you can file a petition praying for divorce on the grounds of desertion and cruelty.
