My wife filed false 498a case on me and my family.now she went to gave complaint for maintenance how I can manage this all issues..giving mentally torture to me..present from 3 months am not doing any job with this all న్యూసెన్స్ created by wife..please help me

hi you could file quash petition against 498A stating that the allegations mentioned in the FIR are false and incorrect and that you are not connected to such allegations and if f you want to file divorce on the groumds of physical and mental cruelty

you can file quash petition before the honble High Court otherwise you can file discharge petition before the magistrate if the magistrate satisfy there is no frimafaci the magistrate can discharge from the case
