MY WIFE WANTS ME TO VISIT HER ADVOCATE AND ASKING ME TO SIGN FOR THE DIVORCE AS MUTUAL CONSENT, IF I DON'T SIGN AS MUTUAL CONSENT THEN SHE WANTS TO SEND LEGAL NOTICEnBUT I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A DIVORCE CONSIDERING OUR GROWN-UP CHILDREN, SON 27 DAUGHTER 16nHOW CAN I AVOID DIVORCE?nWHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DON'T VISIT HER LAWYER TO SIGN THE DOCUMENTS FOR MUTUAL CONSENT?nIS IT ADVISABLE TO HAVE A LAWYER FROM MY SIDE AND WILL IT HELP ME IN AVOIDING THE DIVORCE?
hi if you dont want to give mutual consent for divorce then she will file an seperate application for divorce and if you wanted to live together with her then you could file an application for restitution of conjugal rights

If you are not interested you need not go to her advocate office. if she sentiment any legal notice, for divorce you have to give reply notice through your advice without fail. then you will receive summons from court, if she files the case in Court for want of Divorce.
