My wife wants alimony and not want to come back and stay with me

My wife age is 17 years we are married but not have any documents our merriage is arranged merriage and now she is pregnant 6 month and now her perants take her home and she also don't want to come back and she will not want to stay with my mother and her father wants alimony for her but i don't want to divorce and i say her your perents don't want to our merriage get success so i will not talk to your perents and if you want to come say your perents don't come and call us again but she refused

in this situation first of all discuss with your family and family of your wife also, and if they don't respond than u can send legal notice to bring your wife back at your home and after that u can file petition under section 9 of Hindu marrige act
