My wife want divorce but I want her back to home, but she demand money

My wife not ready to comeback home under influence of my father in law & claiming on me that pressure had been created for doing job, and writing daily money spending record, She demand divorce from me and also demand for money . How to handled the case nplease help

Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 mandates that in case of divorce by mutual consent, there has to be a composite period of 18 months of separation — one year provided in Section 13B separation will be more then 1 year n u can file case for restitution

file restitution of congugal right application to court befor that send her and her family members notice including all reality then make police complaint agent father in law which not make any effect but it will help you in your court case there will be quit possibility that she will file dv and othre mentanance case agents you but your notice and restitution application help you
