03-Oct-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Sir,
I have filed divorce with my wife on cruelty ground.
My mother officially disowned me because of bad behaviour of my wife.
Still my wife is trying to enter my mother's home forcefully with help of his relatives.
What are legal options available with my Maji
it's a common practice that after matrimonial disputes the family person get very harassed. that's why they need peace of mind and they disowned the children. if the wife come and enter in forcefully in your mother's home then need to approach nearest police station or put a application in SDM court.
At the first instance, it is advisable that if your wife and her relatives are forcing their will onto your mother. Then she must inform the same to the police, and if the police does not take an action, she should write a complaint directly to the magistrate. The magistrate has the power to take cognizance of the of any offences, which may be committed by your wife and her relatives and order further investigation in the matter why it is important is that at a later stage, you will be able to show that problems were caused by your wife and her relatives and the record of the same is available in the form of private complaint which has been taken cognizance of. In case of further queries, please contact me, thank you.
