My wife took u turn after mutual petition , what to do

My wife left me and went to parents home on festival in oct 2020. On nov 6 2020 I got a call from police saying my wife complaint against me and my family .later police suggested to comprised and I finally compromised for my wife demand of divorce and settlement amount 9 lakhs. Drafted MOU and paid part of amount of 3lakhs through DD. And filed mutual divorce petition in March 2021. Again in April 2021 I got call from police and filed 498 a dvc 3,4 on me and my family. Divorce petition dismiss

hi if the mutual divorce had been failed and that if she had filed 498A after entering into compromise then you could file quash petition on the ground that she is filing false cases just to harass you and torture you
