My wife self harmed twice during arguments

My wife has abused and hit me and also self harmed her self twice in last six months during trivial arguments. Now after all things, she is saying she feels sorry about all of this. she has said sorry verbally many times in the past. She may hurt herself or me again in a fight. Does asking her to write down on a stamp paper that of she hurts herself or abuses me in future, its her responsibility is a good idea. Will that help in future if she hurts herself or if i file for divorce in future ?
Even if you take a confession and undertaking in writing from her, in a divorce case her advocate can argue that it is taken from her under threat by you, or it can be argued that i was a two sided fight and you will not divorce without a solid proof.. contact me for more.
