My wife said we are in talks for settlement and asked judge, need more

After few months of marriage we got separated. She filed sec9 and I filed sec13 1ia. Our counseling conducted by court was failed. My wife said we are in talks for settlement and asked judge, need more time. But I have given detailed document how they mentally harassed me from day1 of our marriage, as proof to judge. Next hearing in may 2024.

Dear Sir, It will go on for years. Both the cases will be clubbed and evidences will be recorded and judgment will be given. Please file Writ Petition before High Court and get an order to the Trial Court to dispose of your case within next 3-4 months as Divorce case is suppose to be closed within 12 months.
