As per my advice You should file potency report from concerned sexologist before the concerned court of law… because the potency test is required
Further you should file defamation case against your wife on this issue as she defame you socially

You need to hire expert advocate in this case. Just by orally stating that you are impotent doesn’t mean you are, yes you can medically prove that you are sexually active ! Has she taken this ground to take divorce ?
