My wife left me. Filed sec 9 on me. she put fake dowry case statements even we didn't take single rupee from them. In counselling she is saying harrashed her for money. 100% false. Will judge consider the counsellor statements?

If your case is referred to the mediation centre of the court then nothing will be recorded as such. And if she had filed section 9 then you need to defend it properly with showing evidence to court. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to hire expert advocate in this regard, any statement given during mediation is not admissible in the court ! Your advocate will guide you with the process n home work in this case ! Your spouse can file few more cases on you like DV, 125crpc,HMA etc Plz b in touch

what ever conversation ,discussions happens in mediation is not official proof you can just mention in court , if you haven't taken any dowry there are ways n means complaints at appropriate forums.
