My wife left me. Filed sec 9 on me. How to win fake dowry case?

My wife left me. Filed sec 9 on me. she put fake dowry case as statements even we did not take single rupee from them. In counselling she is saying harassed her for money. 100% false. Will judge consider the counsellor statements? Is counsellor record the audio or video session?

If your case is referred to the mediation centre of the court then nothing will be recorded as such. And if she had filed section 9 then you need to defend it properly with showing evidence to court. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

in most kf the circumstances, the communication between the counsellor and the clients are not admissible in the court. But you will have to defend your dowry case, ways of which are different under different circumstances..

There are a million ways to fight and win the case on merit. Let her give, false and fake statements but she cannot prove anything until unless it's truth. The counseling session is an out of court process whatever talks happen there remains there only. However, couples can decide the fate of their case during the counseling session and the court will consider it on the advice of the counselor.
