My wife left me as she is having Extra marital affair

My wife left me a year ago she had an extra marital affair. She took all the things by breaking my house without our permission and she took a separate house and living with him from past few months without giving divorce. few days back my mother in law confirmed the same and she also told the she is not taking care of the baby properly and when we ask to take my baby she would threaten us please help us on the issue how can we move forward
hi if you want to get baby then you could file custody petition in court seeking custody of child as the child is better with you then you could file custody petition in court and also for appropraite reliefs
