My wife left me 2 years back...ot living with me.i have 3 years daughternShe is in government job and She took transfer at his father house,wants to settle me at his father residence...which is not possiblenI am in private jobnThey don't talk to me , not picking up phonenKindly suggest for divorce,so I can get out this bed marriage

Hello Mr, If you want to get out this marriage thn you should file divorce petition on the basis of desertion and cruelty...if she doesn't want live with you and agree to get seperate then you can ask for mutual divorce...for further discussion do contact personally...

if your wife not living with you since 2 years back then you should give a notice of section 9 Hindu marriage act and after it u can file a case of divorce against your wife in section 13 of Hindu marriage act at the ground of cruelty..
