My wife kicked me out of the house four years back and filed divorce

Four years ago, my wife forced me out due to financial instability and later filed for divorce, falsely claiming I abandoned her. Despite being blocked on calls and WhatsApp, I tried to reconcile, but she denied my efforts. At her lawyer’s office, she demanded ₹10L for mutual divorce, later reduced to ₹5L payable in 30 days. Overwhelmed, I agreed but cannot arrange the amount due to my ₹30K salary, dependent parents, and pending knee surgery. She refuses to extend the time, threatening a contest
from your nation of events it is not clear whether she has filed a divorce all by herself ( not mutual.). Do not agree to pay to her if you do not have any other means to pay 5 lakhs as alimony. you can wait for her to file by herself and defend yourself after you receive notice.
