Your query is incomplete and unclear. From what you have written, it is understood that you want to get the custody of your girl child. You need to file a petition for seeking custody of your child and show that you have sufficient means and facilities for the welfare of your child.

You have a right to seek custody or visitation rights for your child under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. Under Section 6 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956, the father is the natural guardian of a minor child after the mother. You can file a petition under Section 9 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 before the appropriate Family Court seeking custody or visitation rights. The court will consider the welfare and best interests of the child, and may grant visitation or shared custody, especially since the child is very young and needs both parents' love and care. If the child’s maternal grandparents are not allowing you to see the child, you can also file an interim application for immediate visitation rights under the same Act. Adv. You have the right to watch. It is a crime for them to tell you not to let your child watch. Feel free to watch your child yourself. If you don't let them watch, you can file a complaint against them.
