My wife is ready to divorce and I also ready she is self employed

Both we are agree to divorce 15 years of marriage and we have two child son 10 yrs old daughter 14 yrs old and she take custody of both child because i am jobless so that's a problem and she created to reason how can I fight to each other so I want divorce fastly In a week

hello in your case it seems like the husband and the wife want to get divorce and amicably dissolve their marriage hence a divorce petition maybe file Hindu Marriage Act but you cannot get divorce within a week since the second motion of the divorce petition happens 6 months of filing of the divorce petition.
