My wife is not showing the child for 2 years

08-Apr-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My wife is not showing the child for 2 years and she simply left to USA after filing divorce in Chennai, I applied for visitation right petitions, but she went ahead and file a DV case with false allegations in US court. Now my visitation right case is prolonged for years and opposite lawyer keeps referring the false DV case. I am really suffering and I am feeling that my son would have already forgot my face and boding in the last 2 years. Is there any solution?

hi Felix here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can file for visitation rights in the court and get it awarded, DV case cannot be a reason to refrain you from meeting your child, you can contact me for further clarifications, thank you

You must fight your case in U.S. Apply for VISA stating this as a genuine reason. That would be advisable considering the facts of your case. Indian court's order is not binding in U.S. People will suffer their Karma. Just keep moving. You must have not let her elope with the kid. You must have filed an interm application seeking cout's intervention to stop her from taking the child to U.S.
