My wife is living in her parents house in Assam along with my daughter against my wishes for the last 8 yearsnnThe only alternative to dragging my daughter through a long drawn custody case was filing for conjugal rights. I understand your questions so your wife living sapateteyfrom you she is staying in Assam with your Daughter right so now you want your wife and Daughter right you will file RCR case in family court and take a decree from court and take back your wife and Daughter do you need an yh legal help contact me thank you
