My wife is legally seperated and living seperatly more than 25 years

After 25 years living seperatly she is asking family court to enhance the maintainace 50000.00 per month.i am getting 30000 net salary per month.how to get divorce in this case ? And what may be the maximum maintainace may be awarded sir

Dear Sir, Normally, the married women may claim higher maintenance but you have to immediately appear and file all the documents showing your actual income so that the Court may not pass ex-parte orders. You may immediately file Divorce case on the ground of cruelty and desertion etc to avoid maintenance.
