My wife is having an extramarital affair

My wife has been honey trapped and went untraceable for 24 hours and spent the night with her paramour leaving my infat child at the mercy of the maid while I was away from home attending to my father's post death ceremonies and rituals. The paramour is also currently separated and in the midst of his own divorce proceedings. Can either me or the paramour's enstranged wife take legal action against him ?

hi her wife can give complaint on grounds of cheating and having extramarital affair andand you could also file divorce on ground of adultery and having affair in court and that there is no proper relations between you both
