My wife is having an affair with my cousin

My wife is having an affair with my cousin.
I have confronted her many times, but it starts all over again.
I have confronted my cousin also, but he denies.
I have all the documentary evidence which proves that he has been hitting on my wife.
As our family is closely bonded, Ijust wish to scare him with a legal notice maintaining anonymity as he actively stalks other woman on social media as well.
How can I get rid of him without distrubing the family harmony?
Anything i do, will result in a fight with my wife and she has become a rebel now.
Me, my kids are suffeering the mental agony.
What to do?
Is there a way to send a warning letter, mantaining anonymity?
Yes you may proceed the legal way. You may file for divorce and custody as per your requirement. You can also approach the police for mental harassment caused.
