My wife have applied for divorce

Hi, my wife has applied for divorce 2 months back. nI have land on my name and transferred the land on to my mother name, nCan she claim as that as alimony

hi if she had filed for alimony in court you could defend the case on that you had no sufficient means to pay and for earnings and need to defend the divorce proceedings filed by the wife by engaging an advocate
