My wife has not been there for the last one year

My wife has not been there for the last one year she is blocked my number and if I try to talk with any other number she use bad langauge ! Last 20 days my mother suffering from brain hamurage and I call to come home she refused and talk like lady gaga ! My aunty also call his number but she uses abuse language! She is settled with her boyfriend right now

You can file a divorce against your wife as you already know that she has no plans of coming back into your life. Or if you want to punish your wife, you can directly move the Ld. Magistrate Court against your wife.
